I want to see if they are only accessible to members who login to this site.

Oh, I just noticed that we designate which group(s) on this website will have access to this information.

Perhaps we can form a group here for board members and leave reference documents and reports online.

Does that seem secure enough to you folks?

I will check "Publishing Members" as the group who has access to this "event" posting.
